HEADLICE AWARENESS WEEK 24th – 28th March |Poster|
Headlice Awareness Week is when we invite the whole school to make a concerted effort to hunt headlice and nits and treat any that you find. This is always most successful when a community all act at the same time which is why we highlight awareness weeks during the year. If you would like to know more about headlice, nits and treatment please do visit the page of information on this site that might help.

photo Now that the new hall and kitchens are in place we have turned our attention to the next step in our relocation, which is designing the outside environment for the Broom Park field. Adults have worked with Martin Byrne, a Landscape Architect, who created the first draft of the landscaping around the buildings. Martin then met with pupils from the School Council who brought ideas, questions and suggestions from all the children across the school. Martin has collated all of these into a revised plan which you can view in the reception of the school and on our website. At the same time the staff have been working with Kevin Presland, the Architect who created the building layout design for the Broom Park site, and we are finalising the internal specification of our learning spaces in dialogue with Kevin. | Dartington Village Site Plant |

At the next open meeting for parents we are going to share further information about the Broom Park field designs and a general update about progress. This meeting will be on Tuesday, 13th May at 2:30 pm.
